RETURNS & EXCHANGES GOVERNING LAW

Ramola Goyal strives to deliver defect-free products to customers.

We offer size exchanges for the same product, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of stains, damage, and fragrances

  • Product tags must be intact

  • The product must pass our quality check

  • Customer must self-ship the product

  • Custom-made products cannot be exchanged; only alterations are allowed

  • Exchange/alteration is allowed only once

SHIPPING POLICY

We provide free shipping within India.

Orders are typically shipped within 8–10 working days. Delays may occur due to festivals, weather interruptions, or pandemic situations.

If your pin code is not serviceable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
